Reiki and mindfulness has been a natural path for me as I have been practicing yoga and meditation for years. As a child, I was drawn to the energy in nature and animals, finding peace and comfort in their presence. I instinctively knew as a child that there was a common chord in the connection and our existence. The mind is a powerful tool and I believe that we can achieve unlimited results in our quest to remove stress and live a more purposeful life using our minds to create our own harmony. Reiki has the power to bring you to a more natural state of being by helping reduce stress and increase your vitality. Reiki is made of two Japanese words: Rei meaning God's Wisdom and Ki meaning life force energy. The two words are a powerful force only limited by one's mind. I followed my calling to Reiki and achieved Usui Practitioner through Sabine Olson, a Reiki Master and healer. Sabine also shared with me her animal Reiki abilities, a personal journey for me as I explore the power of Reiki through all living things. I achieved Reiki Master under the guidance of virginia Smith, Reiki Master, teacher and healer.
